Bought on sale at HEB 20 packs of Osso Bucco each pack is about 3/4 lb for about  $1.80 per pack took all of them... Now looking for help for a easy way of cooking Osso Bucco  in a slow cooker or any other way that is  not going to need tons of ingredients.... Any ideas please share. 4951

@Haybugg: It was coming to sell before date and they put it up for a quick sale and took all of them. Going to try Chrisinkingwood Recipe...

@Chrisinkingwood:  Good.  Not browning the shanks before slow cooking would leave out some of the flavor.
