Well we don't have a choice unless we wanted Dish TV, they are the only cable company that we can get and overall we have been happy. Compared to the nightmares my step son in Atascocita has had with Comcast, they keep appointments and will often troubleshoot and replace cable or connectors in you home which Comcast won't. Our speed is fine and we only occasionally have an outage. 4951

I have no issues with Suddenlink. When there is a problem, they fix it. Very good internet, phone, and cable service from the standpoint it never goes down. And yes I am knocking on wood. The only repeat problem occurs a few times a year and it is a buffering deal with streaming Netflix or Amazon. We haven't quite figured that one out yet. 4951

Today I like them. Yesterday I hated their freakin guts. My internet would come on for few minutes and then go out , on and then off until about 5:00 when I picked up my 15 yr old gd son and he came here and pulled wires and poof it was done. Works great. I have to admit sometimes a teen comes in handy lol. 4951

Suddenlink Internet dropped at least once a day here.  Centurylink didn't drop once for 2 years and now we are having problems with that too occasionally.  There are just no good options here in my opinion. 4951

We had Direct Tv and the only company they could bundle internet for us with to save money was Hughes Net (satellite internet) and at the time I had no idea what a mess we were getting into. Compared to the crap we went through with them anything is better! We have had Suddenlink, Centurylink and Comcast. So far I am happiest with Comcast, but Centurylink internet is a close 2nd. Suddenlink was ok, but I was having a severe issue with their cable that was never resolved so I switched.  4951

We dislike Suddenlink immensely. We live in an apartment, and the way our porch faces, we cannot get a signal with Dish or Directv. Suddenlink had some issue with Viacom, and we lost all Viacom stations (however our monthly bill did not go down.) So we don't get Comedy Central, or Nickelodeon, or Nick Jr. among others. Our HD signal is forever weird - it will go to just big pixels, or stations that just don't work on HD (but we can watch them in the regular format, but we do pay for HD service.) Internet is typically fine, but does go down for no reason from time to time. I'm sure Google Fiber is a pipe dream right now, but I wish we had it here...  4951

@Suddenlink Help:  I've heard this before.  Like a Deja VU....   Sorry but it never gets any better and the help is not worth the time spent waiting especially when they try to accuse you of not following instructions.  Someday there may be some good competition and Suddenlink will be no longer in my house.
