We warmed up a pot roast I cooked in the crock pot the other night. I usually prefer to cook that and then cool it down to de-fat it and thicken the sauce. Then we just warm it up. The granddaughters at first weren't sure about it but in the end had seconds on that and the mashed potatoes. They also helped me roll out a pie crust and make an open faced peach pie since peaches have been so fresh! 4951
