would think so, however then if someone were calling in they would be ticked off they were put on hold and not answered immediately

No. You get their number and call that person back, or not as this person is like to do. People on the phone cannot get mad and cause a scene in front of other clients. Face to face is always more important.
Or even better, have someone that knows what the heck they are doing in billing and you won't have this issue. 4951
