I am looking for someone to install blinds. Cam contracting is out, only because they can't get to it for a few weeks. There are three sets: one is on a window with a top at 18'. That's the one I can't do myself. If someone has a high ladder I can borrow, then I could do it myself. It's only a matter of snapping the blinds onto the already installed brackets. There are two others on low windows. I figure might as well have those installed as long as whoever is also installing the high one. 4951
I don't have a way to transport that long of a ladder. My friend has one, but neither of us has a truck.I already have a 12' ladder that's good for most purposes. 4951
@ET: I used Dan to install an exhausted fan in my bathroom, change out a door frame and hang a blind. Everything looks great and works perfectly. VERY resonable rates too. Good guy. 4951

If you have tall ceilings to go with that tall window, I highly recommend getting the the ladder. It will pay for itself in the long run.Dan the Handyman. 4951
Dan,I will consider that advice. But for now, what do you charge to install blinds? The one on the tall window has to be snapped into place and connected to the motor.. The hardware is already installed. The other two are low windows. 4951

@topcat: How did your fan get exhausted? Do you stink it up that bad that the poor fan is overworked? 4951

@fcabanski: I have a (22 or 24 foot can't remember) aluminum extension ladder.Might take a little work to get it out of the shed, but if you can transport it, and return it you can borrow it.I just can't transport it with the civic. 4951
