We celebrated my wife's overall good visit with our family Dr. yesterday with a hearty dinner. I had butterflied a leg of lamb and left it to marinate in a Greek style with lots of fresh oregano from the garden and some mashed cloves of garlic. I also had about 6 big yellow squash that a friend gave me from their garden so I sauted them and put them in a roasting dish and put on a piece of puff pastry that was in the fridge and needed to be uses. Served it with a side of roasted fingerling potatoes. I use a Big Green Egg for grilling and the meat came out great! Served it up with a nice Cabernet. Didn't make a dessert but we were full from the meal anyway! 4951
Thats it........I told Jan to go find the lamb outside in the freezer. We have not had that in a while....its time to cook it upthanks for the reminder.!! It looks good! 4951
