We grilled a butterflied rack of lamb that I got on sale at Randalls. Roasted some small fingerling potatoes and an on the spot creation of sauteed yellow squash with a puff pastry crust on top as the dough was in the fridge and needed using. A nice Cabernet wine to wash it down.
