@beaddweaver, how is your back today?I am going to boycott the great outdoors today. Â Have been outside all week, and am paying for it today. Â My allergies are awful. Â I am almost thinking that ragweed is out. Â I know it isn't, but man, my allergies are off the charts.
@Fallon:
Was feeling pretty good. I did run the vac but one room and a rest. No more three rooms at a time. I bought a swiffer duster for the kitchen so maybe that will take some pressure off. I normally vac, swiffer and mop, but my mop broke and no way in hell am I getting on my hands and knees.
I cooked for 10 hours yesterday and was feeling it in my back. At one point it hurt like hell just to sit.
I'm gonna have to learn to prep at the table. However being short I like to be able to use by body weight cutting yams etc.
It's more habit I think. As I age and become limited I must learn to do things differently. I fought it too long and hurt myself in the process.
I am not a waiter, and nobody does it the right way.
That is the one thing that is the hardest. The wait and being happy it's done.
I went back to 106lbs and had less issue. Last doc visit I was 116lbs. I might have gained a lb or 5 since the fourth of July as I haven't stopped eating. Now I seem to be having issues. Weight is not my friend.
We have been hiding from the heat and the weeds were high the last few days. Our allergy meds are 24 hr, usually need two plus I take singular. Doc told me I can take up to two allergy pills along with the script. She also gave me an inhaler. That I try not to use until an emergency and I don't allow it to get to that point.
Btw it's gonna be a brutal brutal day today.
