It depends on what you are looking for. I like Fosters Mill, Sand Creek and Kingwood Lakes. 4951

I like to think the area is a variety. Buy what suits you a modest 1500 square foot for 110k or a large 2500 square foot for 250k some homes are priced higher. Everybody goes to the same schools and drives the same roads. 4951

i have been here almost 20 years and love em all!  We are all equal... some have better pools but hey you get tags to visit any one of them you like Emoticon  4951

I favor a neighborhood with a comfortable mortgage.
 
What some pay boggles my mind. Even if I had ample money, I wouldn't want some of the mansions around here. I would rather put it towards something I enjoy doing and into savings.

I like Forest Cove and it isn't even part of Kingwood. Pros:Big lotsHouses with more character5 minutes to 59Weak HOACons:Older homesWeak HOAJJ  4951
