Its law. If someone comes in carrying, not much they can do about it.That being said I am totally at ease with a low abiding citizen openly carrying a gun.I don't, but like the fact that there are those who do. Law or no law, I have had a loaded .45 in my vehicle since I got out of the military. It is my opinion that it is far faster and more effective than 911 should the need arise. My wife also has a .40 in her purse, and a .45 in the tahoe. I don't give a damn what the law said.... in the past as we consistently were in violation...... I would rather have her judged by 12 than carried by 6. That are far too many lo lifes with guns.....and these cowards always ALWAYS will take the path of least resistance, and avoid those they know have the capability to turn them into worm food.
@Ray:
Whataburgers pov is kinda like the "no shoes, no shirt, no service" thing. There are hundreds of law abiding citizens walking around in the summertime without shirts on and some of them are barefooted. But some of the other patrons might not want to see that while their eating. I'm personally FOR open carry but will respect the business establishments wishes and leave mine nearby or tucked away where it can't be seen. 4951
