Does anyone know of a place around Kingwood, where you can sit outside, eat  and bring your dog, as well? 4951

You can take your dog to the patio at Brick House.  It's really nice out there and the food and drinks are awesome! 4951

@rebadawn: I wish there were too.  Apparently you can bring dogs to the outdoor tables at Zachary's.

Pretty sure there isn't one.  I am guessing they would be shut down if they did this.

Not true.  You can take your dog to the outside patio at Brick House and also at Cha Chi's.  There are like 30 + restaurants in the Houston area were well behaved dogs are allowed on their outdoor patio's for dining.

Yeah we took ours to Chachis patio. Not to keep touting Germany's horn- but over there the dogs go everywhere- in and out. I saw one restaurant that had a no dogs allowed sign. Of course we're talking some very well behaved dogs there. They lie under the table and that's that. My one dog is good at that- we had him at Mellow Mushroom in Baton Rouge. But the new dog- yeah we gotta work on that 4951

I was at the Backstreet restaurant near River Oaks the other day and diners had their dogs with them on the porch. The staff even brought the dogs their own water bowl.  Barnaby's in Houston is another great dog friendly place with dogs welcomed on the patio   4951

I wonder if Sharky's would have a problem with having a dog out on their patio. 4951

@lola: That would be a fun place to take them.  But I'm sure they don't want dogs in the fountains....and just try to keep my dog out of water!  LOL!

I don't have a problem with them on an open air patio, nor would ever begrudge anyone legitimately using a trained and certified service dog inside or outside at any restaurant, but I'm not in favor or dining with just any old Tom, Dick or Harry's dog inside a restaurant in general. 4951
