@MarTDude...  Thaw out the scrimps, soak them in a lil' Buttermilk (or regular Milk - whatev you have on hand, my friend) then dredge in either Seasoned Flour, or Seasoned Cornmeal, fry up, and serve along side a nice Salad...   Or thaw out the scrimps, season up with a lil' Salt, Pepper, Lemon Pepper, skewer them, and grill 'em on up... Squeeze with some fresh Lemon juice right before enjoying! Serve along with some plain white Rice....Or after thawin' out the scrimps, simply Boil them up (use Crab Boil if you have any) in seasoned water, with some fresh Lemons, Seasoned Salt, Cayenne, and freshly ground black Pepper... Serve with a lil' Cocktail Sauce, fresh Lemon slices, and perhaps a salad.... 4951
