This video reminds us that the homeless were not always homeless.  He obviously has had lots of lessons and practice, although probably not much now that he's homeless.  That's a difficult piece to play and he does it beautifully.

He's really good.  I clicked on one of the videos of him on display after I watched this one.  It's a 1:48 minute snippet of him on the news... Made me sad for him.  He's a former marine, his wife died too soon, and he lost custody of his son due to a drug problem... He just hopes his son sees the video so they can reconnect. I remember reading about a local restaurant in Houston that had a piano inside which was open to anyone who wanted to play, and they would often get homeless talent, (don't remember the name of the place). 4951

I enjoyed that.  I work Downtown and often encounter homeless people.  I always wonder what their story is and how they ended up homeless.  I often think the homeless, to some extent, are mentally challenged because of their unkept appearances.  This proves that wrong for sure.  I would like to see someone help him get a paying job playing and he get back on with his life.  Good video. 4951
