When they tell us the proposed billion dollar project MUST begin with an RV park first, which is necessary to provide the electrical infrastructure for the rest of the park....and that simple RV park is a year and a half late...I'm skeptical this will ever happen. They originally said the park would be open for business in 2015, but now the article says they had to fire the design firm and hire a new one, and that the plans are not even finished yet, two years down the road. This sounds a lot like Dino Park Part Two.  I'd love it if worked out, but I'd give it about a 10% chance of happening, and a 90% chance of failure. 4951
Hoodwinked again, everytime they start these plans the land and taxes around here and there seem to go up in hopes the economy on the area will get better with so called parks. I was optimistic about the Texas theme park doing just that.....looks like its some big sceme now. 4951
there have been 'plans' for developing those parks for 20 years...and seems like the only thing ever developed was the extraction of cash from investor wallets 4951
