Many, Many moons ago, when I was a kid, my mom bought one of these.It was actually pretty awesome, and even thought it was 1960's plastic, it held up very well.I think she sold it in a garage sale (yard sale in the south) when they retired in the late 80's

I saw someone was advertising a buttoneer. I think it was the classified ads.
I have the glass jar that the chopper blades screw onto. It's from the 50's I think. It's still sharp and my dh giggles when I pull it out because,
1. He remembers them
2. I still have and use mine. Which I had found at a true junk store just sitting on the shelf in 95.
I like the idea of storing what I chopped right in the container by changing the lid.
Right now I do it. For easy grab and save time. I'm doing it by hand, it's the time consuming part of dinner.
I do a lot of stir fry because I like my veggies a little crunchy.
