So my husband has narrowed down to two vehicles.
A base Accord LX with no tint for a final price of $19684
Or a used Camry with only 5000 miles for 18,900 +TTL

Think he is going with the Camry.  Honda just rubbed him the wrong way.   4951

Go with the best warranty.  You can always get tint and it's less expensive if you have it done rather than let the dealer do it. 4951

@foxymamaWe're a Toyota fam, ourselves, and have never had any type of issue, my friend...                            (Toyota Tundra)  ......So, my vote is for the Camry, dude, for the Toyota reliability factor           (NOT sayin' at all that Hondas are not reliable), but the Camry just seems like a really sweet ride, roomy, it gets good gas mileage, it has a pretty stellar warranty, and the reputation is solid....       4951

The final price for the Accord ended up bing $3300 more than was originally quoted so he walked.  He is going to buy the Camry tomorrow.   4951

If you write this correctly the used car will cost you more than the new after TTL? Are they comparably equipped?
All things being equal I would opt for new as you never know what went on in those 5000 miles. 4951

Are they the same year? That will impact resale value. 4951

Camry LE is a 2014. It was a fleet car.  It has mostly the same features.   4951

That is going on two years old now. 16 models are coming out. I would definitely go new. 4951

@foxymamaAnother thought to consider and check into is the price difference for your Auto Insurance, dude....   It may be less with the Camry since it is an '14, and considered "Used"....  4951

@ET:
$22984 vs 18,900 +TTL

My husband thinks the Honda dealership messed with his AC system. He brought his Mitsubishi to get a trade quote. The AC has always worked wonderful on his car. But after he got it back from the Honda dealership it wasn't working. Seems a little suspicious to me.? 4951

And I would wonder what fleet car only has 5000 miles on it? Sounds like it might have been a dealer demo car.

I still would go new. 4951
