my usual round up trip farmers market and then BIW meat market on Sheppard, and a stop at Fiesta. Bought some of those thin thin steaks that you put on the grill for about a minute a side and slice to put on the FRESH hot awesome tortillas I got at Fiesta.....Bought all kinds of those peppers and roma's were 29 cents a pound so I bought a couple huge bags and gonna make some fresh Salsa to go with this for tonight.Next time I go to Fiesta I am bringing the ice chest. They have gorgeous seafood that is significantly less than what it costs here. The tortillas there are really Really good... I bought a couple of different varieties. All were still hot, right off the machine when I got them. They have a lot of really neat stuff there you dont see elsewhere. Gonna start on the salsa and get the grill going.. 4951

Got some left over chicken breasts, going to dice them up, throw in some peppers and some eggs and scramble 'em up.  Top with some salsa (will no doubt not be as good as yours, as mine will come from a jar) and eat.As much as I like this meal, yours sounds more delicious. 4951

@Ray:  So what time should I be over?  I'll bring the wine.  I'm thinking a good bold Malbec will work well with the fajita steak, no?

took some smoked pulled pork out of the freezer.  Got some rice cooking in the rice cooker.  Got a can of black beans i will heat up.  I will make a cucumber and tomato salad with a lemon vinegrette.  For  dessert it will be some blackberry vodka with Sprite after the little one goes to bed.  Then some stretches and meditation then nighty night.   4951

Blackened tuna, rice & green beans with a glass of red. I don't know if red is acceptable with tuna, but red is how I roll... 4951
