We finally got settled in our new house and today was my 1st day off where I get to sit at home and do nothing. I'm sitting here in complete silence (excluding the construction around me) and someone decides it would be smart to drive around with their music and subs blaring. I just opened my 1st water bill and was looking it over and saw the $15 police fee (which we knew about) right as I read that I heard sirens and the music stop. Problem solved.

In Tavola there is a $15 police fee until building and things settle down and we hopefully get our own police department. I don't mind it as long as I don't have people blaring their music and no one else is in my house. Street racing on Tavola Drive, not a good idea, they are hiding in every nook and cranny. While our house was being built someone broke in and took some drawer facings, and was arrested. Before anyone was living here someone also tried to break into the model, and they were arrested. I was pulled over as a suspicious vehicle because I was checking up on our house being built late one evening. I showed him my sales agreement and he welcomed me, told me to stay safe and left. I feel like I'm getting my $15 worth. 4951

It really is difficult to control music coming from cars that are driving by.  Fortunately, it doesn't last long since they are moving. I would be cautious about having the police running around quashing every little  temporary noise, as no neighborhood will be 100% silent and perfection.  If the police are busy with that stuff, they might not notice the creeper walking in the neighborhood casing the houses or breaking into cars.  Ongoing loud music or dogs barking constantly would be a different story and worthy of a call to the police.  4951

This dude was "creepin" down my street very slowly. Clearly up to no good and not from around here "riding on 24s" in his beat up Impala. Went to the next street and did the same. Trust me, as I said in my 1st post, they notice every little thing. I didn't call them, they were already out here patrolling the area and noticed him. 4951

Then that wasn't just loud music, that sounded like someone acting suspicious. 4951

@RogueHippEE:

I am very good friends with the lady that lives on Roman forest dr in the yellow house with the red roof. You have to be extra careful coming over the bridge by the pool cus that's when the speed limit changes drastically. 4951
