My friend has a 3 year old son and a younger child (crawling age). I don't have kids so I'm not sure of ages. Well his younger brother grabs people's pants when he is crawling and pulls their pants down. Funny right? She took a picture of this 1 day while he was pantsing her 3 year old. The picture showed his butt. A child's butt. It was reported and removed for nudity. So today a guy friend of mine posts a picture of a girl wearing nothing but a fish net dress sopping wet. You could see everything, I mean everything. So I decide to try this whole reporting thing and report it for nudity. They respond stating they found nothing wrong with the picture. Just blew my mind.

I show my Facebook page to my customers at work that are either getting their 1st smart phone or are looking to switch to android. I know had this popped up today someone would have been offended. And I could have gotten in trouble. A 3 year old butt, they would have thought it was cute. Facebook needs to get in line. 4951

I assume its because the child is a minor and it could be seen as child pornography and cause facebook trouble.  4951

More importantly, don't show your personal page at work. Things that you might think are harmless can be very offensive to others. If you absolutely think it benefits your work, create another page for that purpose and follow a couple of safe accounts. 4951

You should post a pic of the fishnet girl so we can see if it is offensive. 4951

The difference is consenting adult vs. innocent child that could be the victim of a child predator. It's not as easy as "nudity is nudity" in this situation. Extra care should be taken to protect the child expecially in a public setting. 4951

I totally agree with the other posters, but while I was reading your post, I couldn't help but think of that cute Coppertone commercial from back in the day... 4951

I, personally, would never post any nude or partially nude pics of my kids for the public to see, but I don't have a FB either... 4951

@alecktra: Did you know that the original coppertone girl is the daughter of Lou from HEB?  He told me that one day when I was chatting with him.  Love that man!  He is like a white version of the Dos Equies guy!

I have FB, but only because I need to have a personal page to be able to have my business page, apparently.  I had deleted my account years ago but when I went to open a business page, they made me reactivate my personal page.  I was not happy.  I don't post anything on my personal page and I often will go and untag myself from posts if people tag me for some reason.  My family knows that posting photos of our baby boy is off limits unless I explicitly say they can.  My sister is a FB addict and puts pictures of her kids up all the time, so do her friends.  It scares the crap out of me.  NEVER post photos of your kids on websites, it is a shopping cart for child predators.  Even if they may not come and snatch your child because of a photo, they can do other things with that photo in the privacy of their own home, and that is just as awful! 4951

@allymansfield: I thought it was Jodi Foster(although I am sure they used several models for that commercial)I agree about Lou, he is certainly a Kingwood personality. I love several of the people that work there. The lady that does the cooking demos is another, and the woman that does the fresh orange juice too.

I used to go round and round with my MIL. She never wanted to respect my wishes of not have my son's photos on Facebook. She was like "my pics and I'll post what I want in my Facebook page." Horribly selfish and not a considerate bone in her body.

I never posted his pics. All of our family is relatively local and saw him often so they didn't need pics unless we sent them privately. 4951
