Then again, I can see why over the last several years, why she strayed contract (while wanting permanent, full-time) in al of the different areas and business segments she has worked, and why she had bounced around everywhere. Listening to her talk, everyone everywhere loved her. I guess not.
@donnatella: Â I HATED when managers didn't deal with their problems. Â Preferring instead to just shuffle them off to someone else. Â I was the youngest manager at one location. Â I had three goofs reassigned to me. Â I sat each down individually and clearly explained the position they were in and what needed to change. Â I then documented their performance and gave them feedback. Â One improved, the other two didn't and were given the option of resigning or being fired. Â They both chose to resign. Â By resigning, if a potential employer called us about them, they were only told that "the person left for personal reasons and of their own accord". Â Anyone fired, our comment was simply "that they were dismissed for performance issues".
