I have a job interview coming up for a management position.  I was told to dress business casual.  What would constitute as that?  I was thinking dress pants, a shirt and flats.  Heels and I do not mix.  I was barefoot at my wedding. 4951

That is what I wear for business casual.  Cannot wear heels.  Black dress pants always look nice 4951

@RogueHippEE:
First of all: You're a girl? I always thought u were a dude, lol! Yes, your attire choice sounds good. For job interviews, I like to dress very "republican". A friend used that term once, and I thought it was kinda funny. I would wear a blouse as opposed to a pullover, and make sure you accessorize with matching earrings, necklace and bracelet or watch. Good luck!!!!

I was wondering if I needed a suit jacket or if that would be pushing it.My last 2 jobs were jeans and T shirts so I am a little out of touch.  I have management experience, just gave it up for something different.  It used to be a business suit and nice shoes.  No dresses, skirts, or open toed shoes. 4951

@RogueHippEE:
I don't think you can over-dress for a management position. Wear whatever makes you feel the most confident, and you'll shine!
