>> But the blinker is so hard to use....being so far from the steering wheel and never in the same place in any car, and forget about the sheer muscle power it takes to engage it. I mean you practically need super human strength...just far too difficult...
@allymansfield: Now you're sounding like me. My favorite is - were turn signals optional when you bought that vehicle? I use to think it was arrogance - now I've come to realize it's just stupidity plus they are using their phone doing who knows what.............. I can talk on the phone & still use a blinker, but most people aren't that smart. I saw a woman on the highway chatting away on her phone & crossed 3 lanes of traffic right in front of people without using her turn signal. It was a brand new Lincoln, please don't tell me it doesn't have bluetooth adaptability. What are you too stupid to use it?
@thegoodwife: Its not stupidity as much as it is "I don't give a **** about anyone but myself". Funny how those people are usually the first to complain about others acting the same way they do. HA! What really annoys me though is the police cars. I have yet to see a police officer in a police car utilize the turn signal, local or highway. I know their cruisers tend to be bare bones minimum, but I doubt they skimped on the blinkers. They should be leading my example! If you are going to pull someone over for a behavior, you better make sure you aren't doing it.
