Well I cancelled My phone line and my Tv cable..now just with internet alone...
hate to be with something that has limited and not unlimited

I dropped Suddenlink for those very reasons.
First, they increased my Internet cost
Second, they enforced the limit and made me start monitoring usage.i had to lit my wife and my grandson as to times they could watch movies toward the end of the billing period and had to use my phone.
Third, they were rude as all h-ll when I called about it. They informed me that I could cancell if I wanted to but there would be a charge to pick up the modem. I asked if I could bring it back with no charge. The lady said, if you want to be sorry you dropped us, Yes!
I took the modem back immediately. They fogey, I am the customer. THEY WERE THE "SERVICE" PROVIDER!
