Well, its not good for the 2 big dogs. I am moving, and siggy must leave the house. I am putting up on market next week. I really wish I could find a good home for 2 large dogs (just above knee high). We don't know where to take them. Please help,,, I hate taking them to the pound. We know what will happen.Tyla's will not take them, and many no kill shelters are full. Anybody have a good home for them. 4951

@KTownTexican: Aren't they boxers? Have you tried a boxer rescue? I'm not allowed to get another dog so I'm no help.

I'm sure they were so cute as puppies! Sooooo, now you're done with them. Yup, take them to the pound and they will be killed. At least they're not your problem anymore, right?  You can always get a couple more cute puppies, then trade them in too in a couple years. Take them to a shelter and they will be killed too.  4951

@Flyinhoosier: I don't think the OP views it like you are stating at all.  He has a new job that where he has to relocate and can not take them along.  Sometimes things happen in life and you can't refuse to move or address those things because you have pets.  @Ktown is trying to find a good home for his dogs, hence his post.  If it makes you mad, perhaps you could be more constructive and try to help rather than bash him.

@Flyinhoosier: Apparently you are not aware of the situation. The OP has desperately been trying to find a home for these dogs! Perhaps if you educated yourself to the facts here you would not be so quick to make harsh judgments.

I'm so sorry you have to give them up Emoticon. What type of dog? I can ask around. Also might want to post signs at vet offices. Usually get great fur parents that way 4951

@Flyinhoosier:  You just join this forum and this is how you really want to start off?  By insulting and blasting a long-time member?  Seriously?  You haven't been around a fraction of a day now, not near long enough to know the history and back story of this post.  My suggestion would be for you to swallow your inflammatory judgment, sit back, and do some research before you blast someone with that holier than thou, out there agenda.  Not a good start to your time here bud...not good at all.

@ET:
They didn't charge me anything. My husband actually brought the cat to be put down because she was scratching my 1 year old in the face. But the Crosby vet has a few connections to people who take in cats. If they were going to put her down they would of just taken the $35 fee but they didn't. 4951

@foxymama:  I'm glad they were able to rehome her.  The cat was just likely reacting on instinct rather than viciousness.  Trust me, I would be livid if my baby were injured, but I'm not sure putting the cat down was the best answer either.  Luckily, the vet also felt that way and was able to help.

@foxymama: Yea, I remember when when I was a kid, and for some reason our dog had to be "taken to the farm" where he was allowed to run free and be happy. Just not sure why mom teared up over it.
