We went by there to test drive a Pilot last December.  It took a long time to get someone, but they were very nice once they came out.  We ended up using Classic Auto Galveston because their prices couldn't be beat and they even brought it up for us to do the paperwork at my dinning room table.  NOW THAT IS SERVICE!!!  I'll probably go to the local one for my oil changes, but I haven't had to go yet. 4951

Not a fan, but I love the Honda dealer in Conroe, Streeter-Smith, where I bought the si.The KW dealer I have had issues with service 3 times (of the 6 times we have been there) and sales once when I was looking for car. Ended up at Conroe where I bought my si instead of from them. 4951

My oh my I can answer this first hand, I just had $3,000 worth in service done to my vehicle and got it back after 3 weeks last Wednesday. I can count on one hand how many times they actually called me and told me anything about my vehicle. I had to call myself to get any type of updates and my Service Rep was never taking any of my messages and was never at his desk. He personally told me my car was a pain to the mechanics and they we're griping about working on it which is really not something you tell the customer. I wrote on their FB about this and some guy names Daryll tried to save face and call me telling me he discounted my price and all this jazz and he was sorry. When I got in to pay it was literally 2999.97. I just laughed and said they could keep the three cents. 4951

Nothing but great things to say about the service department. I never feel cheated on price or that they are attempting to do extra services that are unneeded. They are very friendly and go out of their way to keep me updated throughout. I get an email when my car is done as well as a phone call. Multiple times I have been scheduled for a service, but they were upfront with me that it didn't need to be done yet and I could delay it. Now Texan GMC is the complete opposite... 4951

Sterling McCall Honda.... took our 2012 Dodge Durango with 30,000 miles to them and they traded us straight across for a 2014 Honda Accord Touring with 200 miles on it. I've been back for service since. I have nothing but good stuff to say about them, their sales dept and their service people.  4951

DOC CURES RARE DISORDER

A man goes to visit his doctor,
"Doc, I've got a rather embarassing problem, my farts just don't sound right,"
"Well how do they sound?" enquires the doctor.
"They make a HONDA sound"

The doctor looks puzzled, "Hmm, is there anything else I should know?"
"Well I also have a terrible boil on my ****," replies the man
The doctor looks pleased, "Thats it then. We'll lance that boil and you'll see a difference immediately,"

"Why's that then, Doc?" asks the man

"It's well known," laughs the Doctor, "Abscess makes the fart go Honda."

I've had good and bad services there, too bad I'm on my phone and don't feel like typing a paper right now. But when you take your car there for one thing and to be fixed and they tell you they're going to fix it and they don't and they fix something else that you never needed or asked for or even discuss that's bad!!!! last time I took my car there for an oil leak they told me it was my distributor, with parts and labor that was almost $400. I got my car back and literally literally the next day my car was still leaking all in the garage. I I took pictures and I sent them to Jesse to his phone, he told me to bring it in and they will look at it again and see if they can find the problem. mind you I've already paid $400 to have it fixed because they told me it was the distributor. then he tells me after a look at it for the second time it was my engine that was leaking all around the valves but don't worry they wouldn't charge me for that repair. so when I asked him how much that repair would have cost me had it not been the distributor he said oh it's about the same in price. I knew right then they were b*********** me, I haven't been back since. in the past 5 years or so the service has been awful. when I first bought my car in 2002 the service department was much better now not so great... go elsewhere not Kingwood they take their customers for granted 4951

They took a day to make a key for my truck, and had to keep the truck. First time I went to KW Honda, I knew then I was I trouble. Hadn't gotten better that I have seen. Although last time they did push my daughter's civic to the head of the line for a recall because she had to go to Austin for college, during spring break, in 3 days. But once after 3 bad ones doesn't sway me. 4951

@foxymama: Depends on need.
CRV is smaller (has the same engine as my si, basically) both the pilot and odyssey are sweet.I had a Ridgeline (you should remember it) which is the truck version of the pilot. I loved it.I know a couple people with the CRV and both love theirs.As long as the odyssey is after 2005, you should be good. 4951
