Well, if people were responsible and thought about their actions there would be no need for birth control, especially outside of marriage.  I take it you feel it is ALL the women's respinsiblity for birth control... NOT... 4951

Birth control for men was meant for irresponsible men.  Apparently the condom failed because men "promised" to pull out in time. JS 4951

If a man can't be responsible to provide and wear protection, he likely will not be responsible when it comes to being a father and/or husband. Even in the heat of the moment, that should be a red flag and the woman should consider whether it is worth it. 4951

@Brat: Or for responsible couples who don't want to have children but enjoy sex without a condom.  DW had all sorts of issues with birth control.  Many women do.  Before I got snipped, we had a choice of me wearing protection or just taking a chance that pulling out in time would work every time.  If a male birth control were available that allowed us to play without the permanency of a vasectomy, I'd have definitely tried it.

Male BC should be mandatory for some guys. Plenty that don't need to be procreating. 4951

Yes. Yes we do. What is wrong with men taking some control of this? As a mother of a son, I want him to have some say. 4951

I think it's a good thing.  More options is a good thing, because every birth control option sucks for someone.  The more options you have, the better chance you can find one that doesn't suck for either of you.  4951
