Maybe 2 eggs and 1-2 strips of bacon. The amount you mention is just way too much for any person in one sitting. I would also add a handful of fresh baby spinach in between those layers so the hot bacon and eggs would slightly cook them, just to give it some color and green. This is a bit similar to something I used to get downtown at Freshii: sliced boiled egg, diced strip of smoked bacon, tomatoes, low fat aged cheddar on a pita. It was about the size of an Egg McMuffin but didn't have all the fat, etc.. I added the mushrooms and fresh spinach which helped give it bulk without adding fat or calories. It was very yummy and gave me the protein boost I needed in the morning. 4951
