@foxymamaI thought of you, and your admiration of Cheetos, and hence decided to post this recipe as a much healthier snacking option.....    ~ Carrot Chippies ~- Using a Veggie Peeler, simply make Carrot ribbons (I typically use about 4 good sized Carrots at a time)- Place the Carrot Ribbons in a bowl, add a lil' Olive Oil, and some Salt and Pepper action- (Now, here's where you can get creative, dude... Use 1/2 Teaspoon of whatever kind of Spice/Seasoning that you have available, or that you're in the mood for....) For example, 1/2 Teaspoon of Curry Powder for Curry Carrot Chippies, or say Paprika, or even Cayenne for a lil' heat...)- Mix together, and place the coated Carrot Chippies on a Baking Sheet ... (At this point, an additional option is to also add some Sesame Seeds to the Carrot Chippes for just a lil' extra "somethin' somethin'"..)- Bake at 400 for around 17-20 minutes (until they're crispy...) (I usually let them cook for about 17 minutes, turn the oven temp off, and allow them to remain in for about 3-5 minutes before removing...)   Anywho, they're actually quite tasty, and although they will never take the place of our beloved Cheetos, they're a pretty righteous, and easy to make snack....     4951
