@foxymamaSorry to hear about your recent tummy/health concerns, sweet chica.... That's NO BUENO...          Here's how I try to look at similar situations, dude... A.) I highly suggest you quit using, saying, and referencing the specific term "diet," and consider this a permanent "Lifestyle Change".... **Diets are fads** Think of this as simply turning a New Chapter in your life... One where you're in charge of your overall health: Mentally, Physically, Emotionally, and Spiritually... B.) Get excited, get motivated, get optimistic, and know that you're in a positive state in life right now, and only moving forward...C.) And you should also commend yourself for taking whatever steps are necessary to have a honest, healthy, happy, loving life... And reward yourself, but NOT with food, or alcohol necessarily, but rather with maybe a Mani/Pedi, or a trip to the salon, or a new outfit...   Try and break the Food = Reward mental block.... Also, think about writing down and keeping a journal of this new phase in your life...  ...And a biggie is knowing that your sweet baby girl is watching everything you do right now, and that you're setting the example for her to follow...Â
