So I have a $100 William Sonoma gift card from Christmas I haven't used yet. I just started looking at their website and already fell in love with these dishes. I don't need dshes, just really like them.

It's really hard to find a good vegetable peeler at the local stores.  Anyone else have this problem.  I need one for cucumbers and apples.  We eat a lot of them.   4951

@foxymama: I got mine at HEB and it works fine on cucumbers - not sure about apples I eat the peel( yeah I know- pesticides and all- old habits die hard- I actually like the peel better than the flesh).

Great for making zoodles and suchHome Made potato chips (even cooked in the MW) are easy.Takes up a very small space in a cabinet, and can be so useful when you need it. 4951

WS sells Le Creuset.  I'd put that 100 towards a round stock pot.  The 5 1/2 qt is great as it the 7 1/2.  I use both of these all the time.  My most used one turned out to be my 4 1/2 qt.  I use that nearly every day.

@Fallon:
I have two of those I inhereted from my mom. They are 20 years old and still cook great. I have a large one and a smaller one. Not sure the sizes. I also have a Le Creuset non stick pan for cooking eggs. And I love that one two.
I am considering getting the grill pan but it's like $200 and not that big. My current one that I use daily is showing signs of wear.
