It's not as hard as you'd think. It's actually easier for me because I weigh so much, so the first part was bound to come off fast. I know I'll have to start some real dieting & exercise once I get down some more, if I want to see similar results. Right now, it's just when and how much I eat. I allow myself a "bad" meal once a day, I quit drinking cokes, and like I said above, I don't eat after 8PM. That's it! My wife thinks since I had the worst eating habits imaginable, that any kind of change for the good is what causes the dramatic results. All I know for sure is 420lbs was unacceptable, and I want to be able to do more things than I can right now. I also don't want to wait until it's too late, and I've eaten myself into diabetes or worse. I'm a big guy, and always have been & will be...But I don't have to be out of breath putting on my shoes!
Thanks for the encouragement and pats on the back. I've asked a few of my friends/family to watch me, and get on me or kick my a** if they see me slipping. Being held accountable is a good motivator.
