I set out a pot roast but it's already 6 p.m. and it doesn't look like I'll have time to cook it in time for dinner. Maybe tomorrow's lunch.

So, what's for dinner tonight? That's a mystery at the moment. 4951

Made chicken soup with what I had on hand.  Chicken breast cut up seasoned and cooked, onions, garlic, jalapeño, carrots, fresh corn from the cob, frozen green peas and frozen green beans .Came out pretty good.  Had some wheat cracker on the side and an orange for dessert.   4951

I made (ya all I'm the one who can't cook) for hubs b'day... he got ribeye bone in, Asparagus with balsamic vinegar & wrapped in bacon roasted in the oven, baby bellas sauteed and a baked potato with sour cream. I can't believe I didn't over cook the Asparagus.  I had the same except I had Blackened Salmon instead of Ribeye. It's pretty yummy if I do say so myself! 4951
