drip my whole house in bleach and power wash it.  Not sure I'll ever get used to the mold.  How do you stay on top of it, it's everywhere! 4951

I always said I wanted a Flintstone house so I could hose it out. I'll keep dreaming...

I dont have a problem with mold. Maybe you need to get a dehumidifier. 4951

I notice some houses are more susceptible than others.  Mine doesn't mildew much, except on the north  side of the house.  4951

Is't just that time of year.  I use a product in a green bottle (forgot the brand) that you hook on your house.  It supposedly has a mold inhibitor in it.  I do notice the difference from when I just used outdoor bleach. 4951

I spray mine with some house cleaner from Lowes with a pump sprayer then power wash the mildew off.  But mine is on bricks.  Not sure about how to clean hardy plank?  4951

@donnatella:  Nope, not Simple Green....  It is in a bright green bottle that comes with a hose attachment.  The name just escapes me right now...
