How many of you have a treadmill, bike, etc at home and actually use it?

I have a spinner,Step, BOSU, weights, bands and I do use them but then I'm in the field. I used to have a treadmill but didn't want to move it from Ohio- figured there was better weather here to walk and run. Most people don't use their home equipment- so think about it long and hard 4951

I use my elliptical and free weights daily. My mom and dad on the other hand purchased a brand new treadmill for their home and never use it, except to hang clothes on haha. 4951

I have a massive commercial treadmill....  I splurged on a really good one so that I would feel really guilty if I didn't use it....  I LOVE it....  I just started using it everyday - trying to get ready for summer !!! 4951

@Jpgurl: I wouldn't mind having a spinner. Oh wait...nevermind.

We have a treadmill...gets used sporadically.  We are in the market for a bowflex.  Hoping that will get hubby motivated.  I could use a workout partner to "push" me! 4951

@foxymomma....I purchased my treadmill 10 years ago & for the 1st 6 months used it every day . Then I got busy on other things & it sat in the basement for several years  gathering dust . Now I have dusted it off & I'm using it  every other day plus going to the gym. It makes me feel better  & with my RA it keeps me limber so I'm not so stiff . Getting old is no fun , but we can make it easier if we keep all our parts working . 4951

Used to have it...  it became a clothes rack so I got rid of it all.  I know lots of people who buy all this equipment and use it gung ho for a month +/- and then it sits gathering dust.  I guess you have to be really discipline to use an in home gym.  I use the gym at work all the time 4951

@buddyboy: Amazon, Deltech Fitness Power Rack.  Currently lists for $530, but I had been monitoring for a while as it would pop up on sale for $450, and that's when I snagged it.  Had it for over three years now and have been quite pleased with it.  I love the independence of having equipment at home.  Gets a bit tough during the summer, as it is in my garage.  A couple of well positioned fans and lots of water helps a lot.
Take a look at http://www.texasstrengthsystems.com/; they often have some used or clearance racks at decent prices.   4951

We have a very nice recumbent stationary bike, but the friction part has failed.It can be programmed for almost type of ride, but like I said, the friction part broke so the resistance is always the same now. 4951

I have a full gym. Bike, treadmill, cable cross-over, Pilates machine, free weights, Smith machine, etc.    I was using them almost daily when I was diving. Now that I'm doing the ROV, they haven't been touched in a LONG time. 4951
