Need a good Gastroenterologist. We've had a horrible experience with North Houston Surgery Center. Their wait times are 3 hrs+, and the doctors are more interested in milking insurance companies with strings of tests rather than using their instincts to figure out the issue. I've had little luck in finding one that can communicate, have timely appointments, and be thorough. HELP! 4951
We use Dr. Ned Snyder at Kelsey-Seybold. He is now the head of their Gastro dept. After our colonoscopies, he calls us personally to tell us the results of anything biopsied. 4951
Dr. Parendra Banker at Hermann Memorial (NE Medical Center in Humble)281-446-9000NEVER have a long wait time. When I complimented him on it years ago, he told me that when he started practicing, he promised himself that he would respect his patient's time and never overbook like so many doctors do. There is a doctor whose office is next door who always had people sitting in the hallway for excessive lengths of time because the small wait room was full. He went out in the hall and invited them into his waiting room to wait. How many doctors do you know who would do that?Easy to talk to and very nice. I have receommended him to many people and I always receive positive feedback from them. I have seen him for about 10 years. 4951
