it's a ******** lawsuit....technically you can't apply drinking water standards to wine anymore than you can apply child car seat requirements to barcaloungers. the fact that arsenic is a naturally occurring chemical compound found in nature can make it interesting and questions arise as to whether the concentration rises thru the fermentation process. if so, then it is also a naturally occurring compound in the wine. maybe they can sue nature or god...or bacchus (and did you notice that other labs don't get the same results?) 4951
