I heard that was what the servers were told to tell people who asked for the recipe, just to get them to stop asking.
I have seen a recipe for the candy, called Leche Quemada, which means burnt milk. It starts with evaporated milk. Then it has to be stirred constantly at a certain temp for four hours. I honestly don't think it was ever made with goats milk. But if you want a definite answer, I can get you in touch with the daughter of the man who supplied the candy in the late 70's. It tastes a bit different than what we had in the 80's though. 4951
