I made a strawberry, banana, orange and pineapple smoothie just now. ( we woke up late). It is my favorite all time!
Any recommendations for healthy additions like certain type of protein powder, flax seed, chia see, etc...

Chia seeds would be a great addition, and you don't need to add much to get the benefits. Doesn't chage the flavor at all, although if you add too much, it will make it jelly. (You can actually make raw jelly by mixing pur�ed fruit with the gel from soaked chia seeds) 4951
