@foxymama:

I was going to ask if it was because of the "helicopter move" atempt.

I just looked up the jumping helicopter move. That would be h$$$ no on that move. I would break something for sure. Probably land on my neck instead of his extra leg.

My little girl wanted to do more exercises this morning. So I just did a Tony Horton 10 minute core cardio workout.
Feels good to exercise. I don't know why I stop doing it?

Warmed me up on the cold morning. Now I am half nacked and sweaty! 4951

@cgm10sne1:
Yes videos. I have a gym membership but my little one freaks out when I drop her off at the gym daycare. So for now it's working out at home.

Don't take NSAIDS. Tylenol or prescription opiates only. NSAIDS (ibuprofen, naproxen, aspirin, many Rx anti-inflammatories) will slow down muscle healing. 4951

@DVaz:
What data says that? Use to be NSAIDs were recommended for muscle soreness.

Actually, you'd be better off increasing your water intake and making sure you are getting enough potassium. A soak in the bath tub using Epsom salt, baking soda and Braggs apple cider vinegar does wonders!! 4951

NSAIDS increase microscopic bleeding in torn muscle fibers. You can use them, but it will delay healing/rebuilding of the muscle fibers. If the muscle pain is so bad it hurts to move them Tylenol is probably a better option. If it's not so serious go ahead and use whatever one works best for you. I'm prescribed Diclofenic 75mg for my knee. It wipes out DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) the day after a tough workout or new workout. I learned this studying years ago as a personal trainer and from sports medicine doctors. 4951
