And it is a CHAIN place, they have training systems and were sending people over to Humble to train so it wasn't like this is their first rodeo.If this were a locally owned place, people sure as heck wouldn't give them any slack. Heck sometimes I think we are tougher on our neighbors than we are on chains with flashy signs and bightly colored awnings. Seriously why would someone want a skinny wing when other places give ya a big one?

@Elle10 on making wings at home though. I always prefer mine over restaurants BUT sometimes I want to sit back and let someone cook for me. And cleaning all that grease off my stove is a PITA.The only benefit I could see to getting a skinny wing... If it is a mom & pop place and they claim to be serving free range chickens given no antibiotics or hormones... Surely we have all noticed breasts and wings getting bigger over the years. It's just not natural.
