Got mine Doug the slow roast in the oven now!! Pulled pork sandwiches tonight and pork enchiladas in a verde sauce later this week. Yummy

I had mixed results- slow cooked in my oven at 250 then 225 - turned out tough as a rock. The recipe said 325 and I knew that was way to high. I know from Human Anatomy and Physiology that the shoulder is very muscular( tough) lots of compartments ( fascia). There was a good layer of fat.
Anywho- we shredded it and did barbeque- it was ok-hoping for better results on the enchiladas. I'm not the best cook in the world but thought it would be better
