....I also suggest cutting out the alcohol, sugar, processed and fast foods....
...Also, try to get outside for at least a small walk everyday, and quite importantly, make sure that you're taking time out for just you....

Things we all know we should or should not do, but, well... Instant gratification.
I'll continue working on all of these things. And I have a reputable brand of D in the cabinet. Funny, I tell DD to take it in the winter, then I forget to take it myself. When I run out, I'll try the brand you recommend.
