I am not normally a tattletale BUT - this is big and bad.
First, calling the CVS corporate is in order but more importantly, you need to report it to the State Pharmacy Board. That is the ONLY way that errors such as this (and kudos to you for catching it) can be stopped.  The Pharmacist (either an RPh or PharmD) who did it is required to verify everything - being busy is NOT an excuse.

Yes, mistakes happen but not noticing this is not a mistake, it is negligence.
I do not like CVS and after reading the large number of people talking about their "errors" lately this seems to need escalation. Â I have friend who use CVS and hear, "oh, they made a mistake"... Â How many mistakes do they need to make before something changes? Â This is just wrong!!!
