This huge, very loud dog has been barking for two hours now, there are people over there trying to get it stopped, as the owner left and put them on the deck. When I call the office they offer no help and even hung up on me! Does anyone out there have any suggestions as what I can do. This happens often, and I've even spoken to the owners and got no results. This is crazy!!! 4951

I have a friend who has the same problems at a different complex. It's horrible and so sad for the dog/dogs that are left in an apartment all day. And or left on a small deck/porch. Infuriating. I agree with the above poster Annie, document via video. Shame on the Management for not being concerned about other tenants that have to endure the whole situation. Emoticon 4951

@Apex91: if that was directed at me I was being sarcastic and stirring the pot....well kind of.. .... I couldn't get past huge dog barking, I thought woodland hills apartments had a 30 pound limit.
