I missed updates for day 6 & 7 so I'll just post it here along with day 8.
6 - no excercise.
I ate a fried egg, wheat toast, a chocolate candy, muffin and a slice of cheese pizza.
7 - no excercise.
I ate a banana and salad.
8 - Walked a mile and ran 2 miles
Joined the gym! Ate oatmeal, ham sandwich and chicken taco.
Soon I hope to participate in some of the classes at the gym.
The pounds are coming off slowly. When is weigh - in? 4951
