I thought it was odd that they gave him 30 women ! It's usually 25 , but the more ladies the more drama , right ? I liked the girl he chose to give the 1st impression rose to , hopefully he ends with her & not the drunk he kept on at the last minute. That was a huge mistake. On "Entertainment Tonight" they said the "Bachelor" Is a millionaire & is worth over 1.5 million , so he not only has good looks but knows how to make $$ . Not a bad combination .Hope he chooses wisely . 4951

I too thought Brit was a good choice for the first impression rose. I'd give Tara another chance, as I liked her style on her entrance and re-entrance. She was probably just nervous and drank too much. I'm not too sure about the one telling the off-color jokes though. Another one of the girls looks a lot like Sandra Bullock, which is not a bad thing at all. 4951

I watched too. Agree about first rose and Sandra bullock chick. I liked the girl with the off color jokes! I think he liked her as well. I'm not a diehard watcher. But if I catch I catch....if someone reminds me! 4951

First girls don't chase guys. If you chase a guy he will want more girls to chase him. It's a never ending cycle. 4951

The ratio guys to girls is like 7 to 1 half of those guys are married or playing. 4951

We DVR'd it and will probably watch later. I will say this, if I were the Bachelor, any and all chicks that get drunk that first day are automatically eliminated. Getting drunk the first time you meet a guy (or girl for that matter) is a HUGE red flag to me. 4951

I agree with WskyFxTrt...too much to drink shows something about the person that I would not want to deal with .I also agree with Golden Girl...he is not the average "farmer" at least none that I know of ....it will be interesting to see how he deals with all the drama that is sure to come (LOL). He does not appear to be a person that will put up with too much crap . The town he lives in has a population of 472 , most of the females are "taken" or not his type.....that's why he has agreed to do the show. 4951

First impressions are important. Â I would definitely eliminate the girl who got drunk. Â She is too old enough to know better. Â She probably has a drinking problem why bother when there are so many other girls to choose from. Â Brit was an excellent choice. Â I was surprised there were that many girls too! Â My dh commented on it too! 4951
