Join me in a three month goal to lose 12 lbs at minimum (1lb per week) to get ready for spring? I will weigh on Monday and post the starting number. I will probably weigh myself every 7 days and document here. It's not so much about the number but how my clothes are fitting. I will use this thread for holding myself accountable. No wine during the week. Thought maybe having others join in on this would provide mutual motivation and cheering each other on.
