No chemicals like tylenol or advil, can be very harsh on a stressed liver. WATER WATER AND MORE WATER for dehydration AND MORE WATER, Banana for potassium, I packet of Emergen-c for depletion of vitamins and if you use essential oils The peppermint(any top grade brand) for nausea and Joy(a YL brand) for an uplift are fantastic at putting a fire under your butt on hangover mornings.....I don't drink much, Â but when I do....I DO.... and this method works very well for me. Im usually up and feeling better with in 30 minutes. 4951
@squirtismyboy:Â Actually this does work but its often the reason casual drinkers turn into alcoholics....they don't want to withdraw. A hangover is basically a withdraw . Â Suffer your withdraw, its the price you pay for having fun the night before...sometimes its worth it...sometimes its not....lol 4951
@heathur biscuits and gravy and lots of coffee and then lots of water. But then again biscuits and gravy is my go to comfort food for any ailment except the stomach flu. 4951
I cure it by drinking early (roughly one drink per hour I'm out) then switching to diet coke the last hour or so. Â I usually max out at 2-3 drinks. Sometimes, I don't feel 100% and a bit draggy, but no full-blown hangover the next day. Â 4951
