We are gonna have Pork chops, rice n baby limas fresh we made........Today another cooking day Almost ready for everyone tommorow. Today I made double chocolate cake with buttermilk n coffee (awesome) and a fresh strawberry buttercreme icing...OMG..... I also made some regular fudge with pecans, and some peanut butter fudge. Finished up the Gingerbread cookins and iced em, made some sweet roll dough for tommorow, and I am soaking 2 cups of pecans now to make bourbon balls tommorow. Got the bread dough ready for tommorow. Pretty much baked and cooked most of the day. Tommorow will relax and enjoy todays labors in the kitchen. 4951

Lobster bisque, cream cheese hot sausage balls, hot artichoke/spinach dip and roasted red pepper hummus with raw veggies and crackers, cocktail weenies (the holiday ones from HEB...A little spicy with tiny bits of cranberries in them) in sweet/spicy habanero bbq sauce, and mini Monte Cristo sandwiches (already assembled, batter made, deep fryer out and ready to go) with raspberry preserves.

You mean wine in general isn't?

@BooBear: Nope-In its pure form, wine is simply grape juice combined with a special
variety of yeast and allowed to ferment. Unfortunately, many winemakers
speed things up by using a small amount of animal ingredients to capture
sediment in the wine. This practice of using foreign ingredients to
capture sediments is called fining.
Animal Products Sometimes Used in Winemaking:
Isinglass (from fish bladders)Gelatin (from boiled cow or pig body parts)Albumin (egg whites)Casein (animal milk protein
