Taking some friends to peruse Christmas lights in Royal Oaks.  Where are some good eateries in the area?  We'll have 3 young teens with us.  No idea where to start. No Mexican food, hubs has OD'd on it.  Thanks in advance!!! 4951

Did you try Googling "Royal Oaks Restaurants" to see what comes up? 4951

City Center has several wonderful places. I can personally recommend these:

Perry's steakhouse
BRIO Tuscan grille
The Tasting Room
Taste of Texas steakhouse
Seasons 52
Yardbird (for something more casual)

Google City Center for more if you need them.

@lola:  Royal Oaks is an area just west of Beltway 8 and north of Hwy 59 (west side of Houston)

@lola: That's what I thought of. I just thought it was some Yankee who didn't know what they were talking about.   Emoticon
